  • Become credentialed or re-credentialed as an examiner or volunteer;
  • Be assigned to an examination site;

  • Make or revise travel arrangements; or

From Technology

We may obtain information about you through the technology we use. This technology includes:

Web Beacons – We may collect anonymous information from your visits to our sites through the use of “web beacons.” Web beacons do not access your personal information. Instead, they allow us to count users who have visited our website. This anonymous information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” We or our vendors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics in order to help us provide better service. CDCA-WREB-CITA Exams and Events App User Profile Use & Management

Information displayed in the app is limited to your name, required contact information, and profile photo (headshot). If you are an app user, you will have the option to edit this information or remove yourself from being displayed in the user list. Editing these settings is voluntary and does not affect your user account.

User Profile Information

The initial information uploaded/provided by the app organizer can be accessed by you and you can edit/delete your profile information.

The initial image maybe be uploaded/provided by the event organizer can be accessed by you and you can edit/delete/upload your profile image (headshot).

User Device Information

When you install the CDCA-WREB-CITA Exams and Events app, we may collect information from your mobile device. We collect this information to help us generate app adoption analysis, enhance our product performance and monitoring.

If you are a candidate, we may use the personal information you provide us to:

  • tell you about us and our services,
  • register you for our examinations,
  • communicate with you,
  • report your test score results to you;
  • report your test score results to appropriate state dental licensing boards and agencies;
  • process credit card payments by, or refunds to, you; and/or
  • defend legal claims and actions, comply with court orders and other legal and regulatory requirements, and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

If you are an examiner or volunteer, we may use the information you provide us to:

  • process your application for credentialing or re-credentialing and verify the information contained in it;
  • assign you to help conduct examinations;
  • make travel arrangements for you;
  • communicate with you;
  • process payments to you; and/or
  • defend legal claims and actions, comply with court orders and other legal and regulatory requirements, and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

How We May Share Your Private Information

The CDCA-WREB-CITA does not disclose any of your personal information gathered from our website or the CDCA-WREB-CITA Exams and Events app to persons outside of the CDCA-WREB-CITA except for the purposes described above. You have the right to access the personal information uploaded by the app organizer or yourself. After you log into the CDCA-WREB-CITA Exams and Events or website profile, you can go to “my profile” menu to access your personal information. This area includes information provided during your registration, preferences, and any other data stored in your account profile.

Updating Personal Information:

You can update your personal information at any time through settings (My Profile). This allows you to keep your information accurate and up to date.

Deleting Personal Information:

App users may request the deletion of your personal information from the app’s database. This may include account deletion or removal of specific data points. You can send requests to director@adextesting.org. Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly delete your information, subject to any legal obligations.

Opt-Out of Notifications/Communications:

You can opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as event updates, newsletters, and marketing materials. You can opt in/out of notifications, private messages and manage your information display all through app and website settings.

Ensuring Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of your records. Ultimately you are responsible for relaying accurate information within your profile. You may contact us at any time to review the accuracy of the personal information, and if you find any errors, you have the responsibility to notify us so that we may have the correct information. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner to all reasonable requests to update your data. Please note that the nature of our business may limit our ability to provide access to certain records if doing so may be unduly burdensome, infringes on the rights of others, or is prohibited by law.
